YIELD: 6 PORK ZUCCHINI BAKE
COOKING TEMP: 350F PORTION: 3/4 CP
COOKING TIME: 20 MIN COOKING PAN: CASSEROLE PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Pork ground : 1 1/2 lb 1. Brown pork until color changes.
| Onions chopped : 1/3 cp Drain fat. Add onions, salt, garlic
| Salt : 1 ts powder and chili powder.
| Garlic powder : 1/4 ts 2. Cook and stir about 3 minutes.
| Chili powder : 1 ts 3. Add sliced zucchini; cover, steam
| Zucchini sliced : 1 cp approximately 4 minutes.
| Rice ckd : 1 pt 4. Combine cooked rice, tomatoes, and
| Tomatoes chopped : 1/2 cp green chili.
| Green chilies diced : 2/3 cp 5. Add meat mixture, half of cheese
| Cheese jack shredded : 1 cp and sour cream. Mix thoroughly but
| Cream sour : 1/2 cp gently.
|. 6. Place into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle evenly with remaining
cheese.
7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until
bubbling.
